Egg and Prawn Fried Rice with Masala Drops

Ingredients:
2.5 cups cooked rice (long grain and cooked to 80 per cent or fridge cold)
200 gms prawns cleaned and deveined
3 nos eggs
4-5 garlic drops
5-6 black pepper drops
Salt to taste
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup chopped spring onion

Whisk the eggs.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok and add the whisked eggs.
Quickly scramble over high heat and take it out on a plate.
In the same wok, heat more oil and add garlic drops.
Then add the prawns and fry over high heat.
Once the prawns have become pink, add butter and 3-4 black pepper drops.
Add the cooked rice and mix this.
Add soy sauce and more black pepper drops.
Then toss this over high heat till the rice grains have all taken on the flavour.
Finally, add chopped spring onion and serve hot.
