What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call, or WhatsApp our customer care at (+91)- 829 11 222 33 or email us at hello@masaladrops.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
What are the policies for re-delivery?
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason any extra cost spent by masaladrops.com for re-delivery should be borne by the user.
What are the cancellation policies?
Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Saying that as Masala Drops strives for customer happiness you can reach out to our support by mail explaining the need for cancellation and we will try to help you in the best possible way (usually takes 5 – 7 working days).
