Healthy Sprout Salad with Masala Drops

It’s so easy to make this salad dressing that you will want to make it again and again.

Ingredients For Salad:
2 cups of sprouted green moong dal
1 large onion finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
½ a carrot julienned
1 cucumber cut into thin strips
4-5 mint leaves finely chopped


Ingredients For The Salad Dressing:

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Sea salt to taste
1-2 Cumin Masala Drops
2-3 Parsley Masala Drops
2-3 Sweet Basil Masala Drops


Blanch the sprouts in hot water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Add all the ingredients of the salad. Then make a dressing with the ingredients mentioned for the dressing and whisk it well. Add this to the salad and have it fresh. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
