Maggi with Masala Drops

This recipe is a great way to add some extra nutrients and flavor to your regular Maggi. If you have children and want to avoid the seasoning that comes with Maggi, try this great recipe with the help of the purest form of spice through Masala Drops. Just a few drops of garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and black pepper Masala drops is all you need. You can also adjust the amount of vegetables to your preference, or add other vegetables like beans, corn or mushrooms to make it even more delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 packets of Maggi noodles
2 tablespoon oil
1 onion thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper sliced
1/2 carrot julienned
1/2 cup chopped beans
3-4 cumin Masala Drops
3-4 garlic Masala Drops
3-4 ginger Masala Drops
3-4 coriander Masala Drops
2-3 black pepper Masala Drops
3-4 cups water
Salt to taste

Break the Maggi noodles into 4 parts and add them to the boiling water.
Stir gently to ensure that the noodles are fully submerged in the water.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft and cooked.
Take it off the heat and drain out the water.
Immediately wash the noodles with cold running water to remove the starch and stickiness.

Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion slices.
Sauté until it turns translucent.
Add garlic and ginger Masala drops.
Then, one by one, add the vegetables.
Add coriander and cumin Masala Drops, salt to taste and stir this on medium to low heat till the vegetables have cooked.
Add the maggi noodles, black pepper Masala Drops and more salt if needed.
Mix this really well and serve hot.
