Skillet Baked Eggs with Masala Drops

How To Make Skillet Baked Eggs With Masala Drops ?

Ingredients:
3 large eggs at room temperature
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2-3 Garlic Masala Drops
4 large tomatoes diced
Sea Salt to taste
4 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
2-3 Basil Masala Drops
1 dollop of butter
2 tea spoons sugar
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Pour the diced tomatoes into the skillet and stir in sea salt, and Garlic Masala Drops.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the tomatoes have cooked and thickened.
Add Basil Masala Drops and sugar and stir them in.
Add a dollop of butter in the pan and let it melt under low heat.

Crack the eggs directly into the skillet, spacing them evenly apart.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the egg whites start to set.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the eggs.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired degree of doneness.

Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil.
